The issue of us operating under an illegitimate corporate constitution developed and eventually put into place during the 1970’s & 80’s under the guidance of Gough Whitlam, Malcolm Fraser and then Bob Hawke, is reaching fever pitch in the freedom movement as the impositions of the corporate system and what’s coming down the pipeline at break neck speed is causing the natives to want to stand up and right the wrongs before it is too late.

The Solemn League and Covenant by the People of the Commonwealth

This is a means of pledging allegiance to the Crown Commonwealth Constitution of Australia, not the faux corporate one, this document appears a good valid undertaking to put yourself on the original legitimate Crown side of the fence.. to me it is a good pledge to make and by following her instructions to return a copy to her to build a data base of those who have signed and pledged their allegiance makes sure there is no mysterious cases of the powers that shouldn’t be’s claims to have never received them etc.

The Commonwealth Custodians have initiated and formally put in place their own Founding Trust Deed and declaration of trust giving life and allegiance to the founding 1901 Commonwealth of Australia Constitution. www.commonwealthcustodians.org

On the 13th day of the Fourth Month, 2025, the Declaration of Trust and Founding Trust Deed was lawfully executed and entered into the Public Record.

This Commonwealth Public Trust was duly read into the Public Record and publicly signed on the thirteenth day of the fourth month in the year commonly referred to as two thousand and twenty-five, at Hyde Park, Sydney, in the Original State of New South Wales, within The Commonwealth of Australia — Australasia.


It is established in good faith and goodwill, by, for, and on behalf of The People of The Commonwealth of Australia beneficiaries of the Original Constitutional Commonwealth — for the protection, restoration, and governance of the Nation under Almighty God and The Crown.

Public Notice Executed in Three Tiers

In accordance with lawful custom and public trust procedure, three levels of public

notice were executed to perfect the Trust:


First Notice: The Trust was read aloud and formally executed into the public record on the 13th Day of the Fourth Month, 2025 — at a Public Ceremony, witnessed and sealed by the First Trustee and Trust Protectors and duly witnessed by a Commonwealth Notary Public and one other Commonwealth National.


Second Notice: Published on www.commonwealthpublicnotice.org — ensuring a

standing, timestamped, and globally accessible record.


Third Notice: Published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper — establishing maximum national exposure and meeting public service requirements in both law and equity.

Tim Dwyer at Tims Truth has recently undertaken a few zoom meetings open to those who want to become involved in reclaiming our country back under the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution.


These zooms have facilitated nearly 1000 people on the first one and a large amount on the most recent one held just last Wednesday.


Tim has formed a steering committee of people in the know about the Crown Constitution and the Corporate constructed version.. the objective is, build a path forward for us to reclaim our sovereignty under the Crown 1901 constitution and replace the corporate government system we are being held to ransom with.


A local Freedom Fighter from our region Stephen Lymbery is on the steering committee.


We are having a meeting in Narooma at the Golf club this coming Sunday 22nd, for lunch be there before 12 meeting starts at 1pm, hopefully Stephen will be in attendance and able to shed more light on what’s unfolding.


This is all very interesting stuff, many people stepping up to the plate trying to initiate change, it needs to be taken seriously and is in everyone’s interest to consider getting onboard and supporting these initiatives, because if we don’t stand up then we will have to accept the consequences of inaction, which doesn’t look good.


It is quite apparent there is growing concern and a high level of anxiety building throughout the country about our loss of rights and freedoms and the globalist take over of our nation, just like it is happening globally we are being kettled into this one world government control grid.. Scary stuff.


So understandably various groups of people are trying to initiate ways forward. This is all good and shows the great concern there is, I am hopeful these individual groups work and come together to form a united body to tackle this issue, but regardless we should get onboard and sign to build big numbers.


Before you sign...There is something to consider when committing yourself, or how far you commit yourself.


With the undertaking of signing an allegiance to the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution under the Crown and excising yourself from the corporate version, which on the face of it is great and simple enough, it is until we are confronted with the requirement to participate in the corporate system, paying the corporate fees and charges imposed upon us etc


It sounds all good to just send them a Bill of Exchange or a promissory note. Hoping they will accept that and not want to target you and set an example by taking your rights or even your property away or putting you in jail etc. I am not saying we should not do any of this stuff but we should be aware of the possible consequences.


The consequences of doing nothing is not pretty so we must take a stand.. I do think we should all pledge allegiance to the founding constitution and make it clearly known to all authorities as this certainly puts them on notice that we are aware of the fraud and do not condone it.


Whether you test the water with attempting to not pay the corporate demands and be willing to fight them with Bills of Exchange or promissory notes is up to you, it may well be with the right support from others it may prove to be effective.


If a few million people do sign and make it public our awareness and disdain for what has unfolded it will bring to the attention of the majority of politicians and a wider realm of the public what has transpired. I believe most politicians have no real idea, they think what they are doing is all correct and Kosher and in accordance with the law, but they’re kept in the dark and fed BS.

The people out there in Normie’s world have no understanding, but by us supporting these initiatives with great numbers it can only encourage others to wonder what the hell is going on?


So, I think we can all support these initiatives in whatever way we can, but obviously if we can all be a part of a united front it augurs well for a stronger unified stance..

Jody, who a lot of you will know from his initiative to get people to create signs calling for Australia to exit the WHO, exit the UN & exit the WEF a couple of years ago when we got involved and made our human signs on the beach at Tathra with Lorriane Galli coordinating that event.

Jody has been working incredibly hard informing and motivating people to so much of what is coming down the pipeline


She has been outstanding as someone who walks the walk initiating events to expose the fraud and is now planning on a drive from North Queensland to Canberra to get signed and delivered many of the documents from Jacqui Dundee’s Solemn League & Covenant.
