Fluoride back on the agenda
Residents connected to the Brogo-Bermagui water supply network will soon be subjected to the introduction of Fluoride (Hydroflourosilicic Acid) into the town water supply for the supposed benefit of reducing tooth decay. It is a forced medication which is unconstitutional, but as we know forced medication is according to government authorities these days “the new normal”.
Fluoride as many would know is historically a very controversial substance and there are many ulterior motives posed as to why any authority would impose it on the masses when the potential of significant harms are well known and the benefits are arguable... Listen to this statement from Dr Joseph Ladaro MD PhD who is the Florida State Surgeon General.
Nevertheless fluoride use in municipal water supplies has been reducing globally for many years, particularly as evidence keeps mounting that the harms outweigh the benefits, to the point where currently only 5% of the global country’s remain using it...
The Bega Valley Shire Council after a significant public response against introducing more fluoride to our supplies approved the expansion of fluoride into the Cobargo/Bermagui water supply back in 2018, this was to be done upon upgrading the water supply and installation of a filtration system.
Public funding was sourced through the State Government for these upgrades, and now 7 years on with the filtration system and upgrades completed and operational the addition of fluoridation is due to commence on the 3rd March.
During this seven-year timeframe there has been a significant consciousness shift in public knowledge and awareness on fluoridation and its benefits/harms.
Notwithstanding fluoride is recognised to be of benefit to reduction in tooth decay, evidence has been produced to show it is a neurotoxin and can cause brain damage and reduction of IQs in children. Most vulnerable are infants and pregnant mothers.
A landmark Federal court case in the US has determined that substantive evidence shows:
"The issue before this Court is whether the Plaintiffs have established by a preponderance of the evidence that the fluoridation of drinking water at levels typical in the United States poses an unreasonable risk of injury to health of the public within the meaning of Amended TSCA. For the reasons set forth below, the Court so finds. Specifically, the Court finds that fluoridation of water at 0.7 milligrams per liter (“mg/L”) – the level presently considered “optimal” in the United States – poses an unreasonable risk of reduced IQ in children..the Court finds there is an unreasonable risk of such injury, a risk sufficient to require the EPA to engage with a regulatory response...One thing the EPA cannot do, however, in the face of this Court’s finding, is to ignore that risk.”
The Court case went for 7 years and the EPA had every opportunity to refute the evidence and did or could not. They have not appealed.
The recently appointed US Secretary of Health & Human Services (HHS) Robert F Kennedy Jnr has publicly stated his desire and ambition to remove fluoride from the drinking water.
Our fluoridation levels are higher than in the US level of .7 mg per litre Here in NSW dosage level is 1-1.5mg per litre (near double).
Given these findings of the US Federal court and the significant public awareness and consciousness shift from 7 years ago, it is appropriate for our councillors to put a hold on this and show their duty of care to our community and gain irrefutable evidence and reassurance of no harm before taking such a risk.
We are blessed to have 2 councillors David Porter & Mitchell Nadin who are willing to put up a motion at the next council meeting on the 19th of March to call for the NSW Secretary of Health to ..
Notice of Motion
That Council defer commissioning of fluoridation into the water in the Cobargo/Bermagui water supply subject to:
1. The NSW Secretary Of Health Susan Pearce providing satisfactory evidence that debunks the findings of the US federal court case, Food and Water Watch et al. v. United States Environmental Protection Agency et al. 17-cv-02162-EMC
2. The NSW Secretary of Health gives a personal guarantee of complete safety from any negative effects to children and pregnant women from drinking the water at the proposed dosage level of 1 - 1.5mg per litre
This notice of motion being put on the books now for the upcoming meeting should postpone the commissioning of the plant on the 3rd March given the new disturbing information that’s been upheld in court. The councillors are rightfully expressing concern with the latest information and requiring answers.
This motion puts the liability squarely on the Secretary of Health to not only produce credible evidence debunking the findings of the Federal court in the US, but also to give a personal guarantee there will be no harm. This excises the councillors from that liability and will give confidence to the public that the right outcome will be achieved.
It would seem a no brainer for all councillors to support it because if they vote it down they will be taking that liability upon themselves and given the findings of fluoride at lower levels than proposed to be dosed here can cause brain damage it would be reckless, negligent and extremely risky to go forth.
So all credit to our switched on councillors and hopefully the rest of them will also be on the same page.
I am in discussions with Councillors from the Eurobodalla to look at the DNA contamination issue of the mRNA Vaccines and also I shall see whether they may be willing follow suit with a similar motion regarding the fluoridation in their water supplies. This could be a water shed moment for all councils, it may start the ball rolling in removing it overall.
So it will be important for as many people as possible to attend the council meeting on that day to show support for the motion..
Plus to also contact and lobby all the councillors in the nicest possible way to encourage them to support this call.
RFK making headway
Definitely some positive things happening on the US front with RFK Jnr at the helm of the Health and Human Services making significant steps & decisions in the medical and health sphere, drip feeding the masses of the diabolical food and health system that has been corrupted and built on the basis of corporate profit and not health.
It is a massive task he has but he has been planning it for a longtime and we are in much better & safer hands globally than for a very long time.. health wise.
Potoroo last week
Our gathering at Potoroo last week was excellent with ex locals Orida & Linn Armour Lushmoor coming along and addressing the group, both first hand victims of the Jab, having been through hell and highwater to be at a point of absolute frustration where despite being ignored by all authorities and told there was nothing that could be done and responsibility was all theirs,
They finally, after losing just about everything, decided to throw caution to the wind and get out there publicly making it well known they have been damaged, hurt and not supported by the system that harmed them.
They are getting around talking to a lot of people, being interviewed and raising public awareness. It was really nice having them here giving us their story .. they have established a website:
https://tekooti.org/ and are pushing forth in calling for a Royal Commission to be carried into the whole Covid debacle, check out their website and sign their petition.
They are also offering great support for other injured people who are trying to navigate the onerous system to get what support is available. Their website provides a wealth of information, studies and statistics about the vaccines and what harm they have and do cause.
Also they list and provide access to a large selection of networks supporting and or challenging for justice, the whole debacle.
Orida tells me they have just had confirmation their now Council in Yass including the Mayor are willing to put up a notice of motion calling for both a state and federal Royal Commission into the handling of Covid 19 pandemic and jab rollout and consequences. Plus letters from the council to go to relevant state & federal sitting and opposition members. She says they have 5 of nine councillors willing to support it which is great. More exposure to the sleeping public and pressure to the powers that shouldn’t be.
Narooma meeting of the previous week
The Narooma meeting was a great success as well even though the attendance was not large we had very good group of people there with Marilyn Vine, Judy Wilyman, Tanya Dannock (Russell Broadbent’s PA) and Isabelle Peacock, plus the other usual suspects... Discussion was robust and plenty to talk about given the fast moving current in the US DOGE arena... Rob Slazenger has done some deep diving into the Bovaer and Rumin8 methane reducing substances being pushed onto farmers to use on their livestock , Rob has forwarded some good info regarding this ..
“Very recently, in light of massive social media revulsion from British consumers, dairy cattle contracted to giant Danish-Swedish company Arla, are being dosed with a toxic feed-lot additive, Bovaer, in order to artificially reduce methane output.
Upon further research, a low-profile operation, orchestrated by foreign interests, has been established to foist Bovaer and another similar product, Rumin8, upon Australian cattle, farmers, the food supply, consumers and the environment.
These products are digestive enzyme ruminant suppressants, are untested, unapproved for either human or animal use, and conclusively scientifically-proven to be carcinogenic and harmful to both male and female reproductive cycles.
Active ingredient is 3-NOP (NitroOxyPropanol). Current on-line 3-NOP Wikipedia content is undiluted, vested industry propaganda, not in the public interest. Please disregard.
For an example of valid 3-NOP research, please find attached a Japanese Government Food Safety Bureau study released in June 2024.
How, on earth, has such an operation, involving a well-documented toxic substance, escaped failsafe Australian regulatory oversight? How, on earth, are Australian farm animals being poisoned for the alleged purpose of flatulence reduction?
How is it that the CSIRO and various universities are partnering with Bovaer producer, DSM, to promote this toxic substance?
This surely is a matter for urgent animal cruelty prosecution. Why are the RSPCA, World Wildlife Fund and World Animal Protection not prosecuting 3-NOP cattle producers for severe harm to farm animals?
Are sheep, goats, pigs, poultry and other farm animals next?
What are the long-term effects on soil, pasture, ground water and run-off?
Why are consumers being denied clear warnings, mandatory labelling and protection from such a menace to clean, safe, nutritious food? (Does Coles provide accurate, comprehensive labelling and other forms of consumer advice regarding its enthusiastic endorsement of 3- NOP additives in dairy and meat production?)
What will Australia’s long-term public health consequences be if allowed to proliferate? How many Australians will suffer increased morbidity and mortality?
What are the attendant costs, and to whom will they accrue? Has this activity been promoted and subsidised by the Australian Government?
If such reckless activities continue unabated will Australia fail to maintain its “clean, green” food production advantage?
Fortunately at least two major Australian dairy companies, Norco and Fonterra/Bega/Dairy Farmers, have declared they will not be allowing the use of 3-NOP. But what of the rest of Australian agriculture? Surely all Australians are entitled to know...
Subsequently processed red seaweed/algae is also being supplied for Australian cattle feedlots, despite toxic levels of bromide, a well-documented poison. This irrational, destructive pursuit of ruminant methane reduction at any cost, is detrimental to public health, animal health, pastures, ground water, nutrition and Australia's agricultural reputation!”
